Contribution - Satisfaction paradigm (CSP ) in Public Policy/Corporate Governance/Management.

The Contribution Satisfaction Paradigm (CSP) is a theoretical framework within the field of organizational behavior that seeks to understand and explain the relationship between an employee's contributions to their organization and their level of job satisfaction. This paradigm posits that job satisfaction is influenced not only by the rewards and benefits an employee receives but also by their perception of the contributions they make to the organization.Thus, here comes a very crucial role for managers/administrators/leaders in various organisation to ensure this balancing act of maintaining the overall organisational equilibrium.
